PATAPiAN brand was selected by the ASEAN Japan Center (AJC) and Kitte Marunouchi Department Store to showcase its product, Simply Container Set, at Good Design Maruouchi in Kitte Marunouchi, Tokyo from March 7 to 19.
The brand’s lifestyle product, Simply Container Set, has been well received in Japan, and has won the Good Design Award 2018 (G-mark) in ASEAN Design Selection.
“By participating at the event, a Japanese green tea company has become interested in our product, and would like to use it as packaging for their tea. Now, we are in the process of trade negotiations,” said Varongkorn Tienparmpool, the founder of PATAPiAN Studio.
Tienparmpool was a participant of DITP’s Talent Thai & Designers’ Room project, which aims at introducing and elevating the new generation of lifestyle product designers to the international level.
