Thaitrade.com by DITP, Amazon Global Selling (Thailand), DHL Express International (Thailand) and Rangsit University International College, Pathum Thani have jointly launched Thaitrade.com’s Young e-Entrepreneurs project, which aims at enhancing the online capabilities of Thaitrade.com retailers.
“This will help Thai entrepreneurs distribute their products to customers on leading international online marketplaces, and make the transition from B2B to B2C marketing more effectively,” DITP Deputy Director-General, Wittayakorn Maneenetr, said at the project’s launch on January 25 at Rangsit University International College.
During the initial stage, 10 member companies of Thaitrade.com representing different sectors, including garments, mother and child care products, and auto parts have been chosen to join the project, as these products are popular among international consumers and have a high potential for growth in the global retail market.
