The DITP has joined with Siam Piwat, the owner of ICONSIAM, to agree that brands participating in DITP’s projects should be displayed and sold in Bangkok’s newest luxury shopping destination.
“This cooperation allows young Thai entrepreneurs to sell their products to domestic and international consumers, as well as increasing future export opportunities, as ICONSIAM positions itself as the next global destination,” DITP Director-General, Banjongjitt Angsusingh, said, on January 24.
Shoppers can find and purchase products from DITP’s participating brands in several zones in the mall including ICONCRAFT, a zone specially designed for contemporary and innovative crafts from brands such as PASAYA, 5ivesis, Panpuri, Sarita and STORY of SILVER.
To nurture Thai entrepreneurs, the DITP has organised many projects including Talent Thai, Designers’ Room, T-Style, IDEA LAB and Road to Shanghai.
